Welcome to Camilla The Label. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Billing Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Program

All purchases made through Camilla The Label include enrollment in our exclusive Loyalty Membership Program.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order includes participation in our Loyalty Membership Program, which provides members with access to:

• Exclusive member pricing and discounts

• Promotional offers and special sales

• Early access to selected product releases

• Additional member-only benefits offered from time to time

2. Membership Fees

The Loyalty Membership Program is billed at $34.99 USD every 30 days.

Your first membership period begins on the date your initial order is placed and continues on a recurring basis every 30 days unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

3. Recurring Billing Authorization

By completing your purchase and providing payment information, you expressly authorize Camilla The Label to charge the payment method provided for:

• Your initial purchase amount; and

• The recurring Loyalty Membership fee of $34.99 USD every 30 days.

Charges will continue automatically until your membership is cancelled.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and valid.

4. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed for any reason, we may:

• Retry the charge at a later date;

• Suspend membership benefits until payment is received;

• Restrict access to member-exclusive pricing and promotions; and/or

• Cancel the membership after multiple failed payment attempts.

5. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their Loyalty Membership at any time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through your customer account or by contacting our customer support team.

Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but does not entitle the member to a refund for any current billing period already paid.

Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Refund requests relating to product purchases are subject to our separate Refund Policy.

7. Price Changes

Camilla The Label reserves the right to modify membership pricing at any time.

If pricing changes occur, members will be provided advance notice before any new pricing takes effect.

Continued membership after the effective date of a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the revised fee.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership at our discretion where fraud, abuse, misuse, chargebacks, or violations of our Terms of Service are identified.
